With intelligent sensors, the Tjilla® effortlessly navigates around furniture and avoids stairs and other obstacles. It automatically adjusts the suction power for carpets or hard floors for optimal results. The app provides an overview of the rooms, making it easy to determine what needs cleaning.
With a powerful brush motor perfect for (pet) hair and a lithium-ion battery, the Tjilla® cleans for up to 200 minutes, covering 220 m² on a single charge. It automatically resumes where it left off for a thorough, streak-free result!

The 3-liter automatic dust container allows for up to 60 days of hands-free cleaning. The dust is first collected in a 680 ml container with a HEPA filter, which filters allergens such as dust and pet hair from the air.

Can the robot vacuum and mop in one go?
Yes. The robot has two separate tanks: one for dust with a capacity of 680 ml and one combined tank for dust and water. When the dust tank is in use, the robot has 100% suction power. With the water tank, the robot can mop only or vacuum and mop at the same time. For safety reasons, the suction power is limited to a third in this mode, which is still more than sufficient.
What about your warranty?
All vacuum cleaners are covered by a warranty. Robot vacuum cleaners and stick vacuum cleaners generally have a manufacturer's warranty of 2 to 4 years. For batteries this is 10 months and for the brushes 3 - 6 months. This may differ per type of brush. The warranty period of the product and, if applicable, specific parts is stated on the product page. If there is a defect, we would like to ask you to contact us first. If the item needs to be returned to us, we will provide you with a shipping label free of charge. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective item. Suppose my robot vacuum cleaner and/or stick vacuum cleaner stops working in a year, will I get a new one? If we cannot repair the robot vacuum cleaner or stick vacuum cleaner, you will receive a new one free of charge. (This only applies if the customer cannot do anything about it!) How does the trial period work?
The robot vacuum cleaner or stick vacuum cleaner can be tested for 30 days in the same way as you would use it. If you don't like it, you can return it and receive the full purchase price back. We do ask that you keep the box.

What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 17:00 (Monday/Friday) in the Netherlands and Belgium will be delivered the next day. Orders to Germany and Austria are usually delivered within 1-3 business days.
