These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tjilla's Website, located at Het Bassin 21k, 7671ST Vriezenveen, The Netherlands. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Tjilla.nl if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page!

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. During this period, you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate it. You are allowed to try out the product as you would in a physical store. You may unpack the product, unless the packaging contains a seal. If you have done more than necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for it. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the product. If you have ordered multiple goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you received the last product or part. At the moment you have agreed with us on a regular supply of products, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically receive the first product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our digital model form via https://www.tjilla.nl/retourneren-geld-terug. If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt by email. You must return the products within 14 days after sending the model form. We kindly ask you to return the product in its original packaging as much as possible.

Register your return within 30 days.

Return within 14 days after you have notified us of the return.

We will then refund the amount due within 7 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.

In case of complaints, a consumer must first turn to the entrepreneur. If the web store is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and in case of complaints that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer must turn to WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), who will mediate free of charge. Check if this web store has a current membership via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/. If a solution cannot still be reached, the consumer has the option to have their complaint handled by the independent disputes committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur, whose decision is binding, and both the entrepreneur and consumer agree to this binding decision. Submitting a dispute to this disputes committee involves costs that must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee.

 

Refund

After exercising your right of withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including any shipping costs for the outward shipment, back within ten days. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree to a different method with us. You can send us the reasonable costs you incurred by email to info@tjilla.nl. We will reimburse these costs.

 

Damage

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that all products available from the Tjilla brand must be used at your own risk and according to the manuals we provide. Tjilla.nl cannot be held liable for any damage caused by a fall or any form of damage, or any other incidents that occur during the use of our products, including damage to valuable items due to an unfortunate event. Despite us stating that the robot vacuum cleaner has fall detection, it can happen that this does not occur.

 

License

Unless otherwise stated, Tjilla and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all data on Tjilla.nl. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Tjilla.nl for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.

Complaints Procedure

The entrepreneur has a sufficiently publicized complaints procedure and handles complaints in accordance with this complaints procedure. I WANT TO SUBMIT MY COMPLAINT TO TJILLA!

  1. Complaints about the implementation of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur, fully and clearly described, within 7 days after the consumer has discovered the defects.

  2. Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, the entrepreneur will reply within the 14-day period with an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.

  3. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute settlement procedure.

  4. In case of complaints, a consumer must first turn to the entrepreneur. If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it is possible to report complaints via WebwinkelKeur.

  5. A complaint does not suspend the obligations of the entrepreneur, unless the entrepreneur indicates otherwise in writing.

  6. If a complaint is found to be justified by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur will, at its discretion, either replace or repair the delivered products free of charge.

 

Liability for Content

We cannot be held responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are made on your website.
