These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Tjilla website located at Het Bassin 21k, 7671ST Vriezenveen, The Netherlands. The right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. During this period, you can do whatever is reasonably necessary to assess the product. You are allowed to try out the product as you would in a physical store. You can also remove the product from the packaging, unless the packaging contains a seal. If you have done more than was necessary to try out the product, we can charge you for this. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, has received the product. If you have ordered multiple goods with different delivery times in one order, the cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you have received the last product or part. At the moment that you have agreed to regular delivery of products with us, the cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you has physically received the first product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, we request that you use our digital model form via https://www.tjilla.nl/retourneren-geld-terug. If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. You must return the products within 14 days after sending the model form. We request that you return the product in the original packaging as much as possible.

• Register your return within 30 days.

• Returns must be made within 14 days after you have notified us of the return.

• We will then refund the order amount due within 7 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Refund

After you have used your right of withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including any delivery costs for the outward shipment, within ten days. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree on a different method with us. You can pass on the reasonable costs incurred by you by e-mail to info@tjilla.nl. We will reimburse these costs.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Tjilla and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all data on Tjilla.nl. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Tjilla.nl for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You may not:

• Sell, rent or sublicense material from Tjilla.nl

• reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Tjilla.nl

This Agreement shall commence on this date.

Complaints procedure

The entrepreneur has a sufficiently publicized complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure. I WANT TO MAKE MY COMPLAINT KNOWN TO TJILLA!

1. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur fully and clearly described within 7 days after the consumer has discovered the defects.

2. Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, the entrepreneur will respond within the period of 14 days with a confirmation of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.

3. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute resolution procedure.

4. In case of complaints, a consumer should first contact the entrepreneur. If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it is possible to register complaints via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).

5. A complaint does not suspend the entrepreneur's obligations, unless the entrepreneur indicates otherwise in writing.

6. If a complaint is found to be justified by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur will, at its discretion, either replace or repair the delivered products free of charge.

Liability for content
