Complaints and warranty

A warranty applies to all items. Robot vacuum cleaners generally come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. For batteries, this is 6 months, and for brushes, it is 3 – 6 months. This may vary depending on the brush type. The warranty period for the product and, if applicable, for specific parts, is stated on the product page.

If there is a defect, we ask you to contact us first. If the item needs to be returned to us, we will provide you with a free shipping label. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective item.

 

Warranty Exceptions

The warranty becomes void in case of damage due to incorrect use or negligent maintenance, when repairs or actions have been carried out by unauthorized persons, or when the items have been used for purposes other than intended. Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, cold, or moisture for which the item is not suitable is not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by external factors such as fire, lightning strikes, natural disasters, etc. The warranty does not cover parts that should be repaired or replaced due to normal wear and tear. Tjilla.nl is not liable for damages suffered from the use of an item supplied by us, unless the damage was caused by our intent or fault.
