Warranty

All items are covered by a warranty. Robot vacuum cleaners generally have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Batteries have a 6-month warranty and brushes have a 3-6 month warranty. This may vary by brush type. The warranty period for the product and, if applicable, specific components is stated on the product page.

If there is a defect, we would like to ask you to contact us first. If the article needs to be returned to us, we will provide you with a shipping label free of charge. The warranty covers repairing or replacing the defective article.

Warranty Exceptions

The warranty is void in the event of damage caused by improper use or negligent maintenance, when repairs or actions have been carried out by unauthorized persons, or when the articles have been used for purposes other than those intended. Damage caused by exposure to such extreme heat, cold or moisture for which the article is not suitable, is not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by external factors such as fire, lightning, natural disasters, etc. The warranty does not apply to parts that should be repaired or replaced taking into account normal wear and tear. Tjilla.nl is not liable for damage suffered through the use of an article supplied by us, unless the damage is caused by our intent or negligence.

It is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
