Complaints and warranty

All products are covered by a warranty. Robot vacuum cleaners generally have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Batteries have a 6-month warranty, and brushes have a 3-6 month warranty. This warranty period may vary depending on the brush type. The warranty period for each product, and if applicable, specific components, is stated on the product page.

If there's a defect, please contact us first. If the item needs to be returned to us, we'll provide a free shipping label. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective item.

Warranty Exceptions

The warranty is void in case of damage caused by improper use or neglected maintenance, when repairs or actions have been carried out by unauthorized persons, or when the articles have been used for purposes other than those intended. Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, cold, or moisture for which the item is unsuitable is not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by external factors such as fire, lightning, natural disasters, etc. The warranty does not cover parts that should be repaired or replaced in accordance with normal wear and tear. Tjilla.nl is not liable for damage incurred through the use of an item supplied by us, unless the damage is caused by our intent or negligence.
