What about your warranty?
All items are covered by a warranty. Robot vacuum cleaners and stick vacuum cleaners generally have a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years. Batteries have a warranty of 6 months and brushes have a warranty of 3-6 months. This may vary depending on the type of brush. The warranty period for the product and, if applicable, specific components is stated on the product page. If there is a defect, we would like to ask you to contact us first. If the item needs to be returned to us, we will provide you with a shipping label free of charge. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective item. If my robot vacuum cleaner or stick vacuum cleaner stops working in a year, will I get a new one? If we cannot repair the robot vacuum cleaner or stick vacuum cleaner, you will receive a new one free of charge. (This only applies if the customer cannot do anything about it!)
